Step 5 – Download Odin3-v3.04.zip and extract it to your desktop.

Note: AT&T models of the Galaxy S III will be required to download fixboot.tar instead of clockworkmod.tar.
Step 7 – Switch your Galaxy S III to download mode by pressing and holding down the volume button, Home and Power button. Press Volume up when the prompt shows.
Step 8 – While in download mode go to odin3.exe file and run it.
Step 9 – Plug in your phone with PC once again.
Step 10 – And then select the clockworkmod.tar file you downloaded earlier.
Step 11 – Make sure that Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time are been already selected. And then, click on Start to start the progress.
Step 12 – Now you must switch to Clockwork Mod Recovery Mode. Switch off your device; hold Volume Up, Home and Power buttons.
Step 13 – Choose zip from sdcard >super user
Step 14 – When this work is completed, choose reboot system now from main menu.
Step 15 – Install Busy Box from the Google Play Store. And allow Super User permit and then follow the screen instructions.
Step 16 – Launch the Super User app from your app drawer and update binaries from {wrench icon} Sub-binary /Update.
