Asus has launched a mid range smartphone – Zenfone Max Pro M1 today in India at an event. This is the first android smartphone from Asus to run pure Android. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro comes with a rear dual camera and also a FullView display. The specs of the phone is similar to Xiaomi Note 5 Pro.
Asus Zenfone Max Pro will be exclusively available on Flipkart. Apart from that, the company has also partnered with Vodafone to offer free data to its prepaid and postpaid customers. Asus Zenfone Max Pro buyer will also get Flipkart complete mobile protection at Rs 49. Now lets talk about the key specifications of the phone.
The smartphone sports a 5.99-inch full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixels) IPS Full View display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 with 3GB/4GB/6GB of RAM.
As for camera specifications, Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 bears a dual camera setup at the back with a 13-megapixel primary Omnivision sensor (f/2.2 aperture) and a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensing sensor. And for selfie, it has a 8 MP front camera with a soft LED Flash. The rear camera supports bokeh mode and portrait mode as well.
The sound quality of the phone is quite good. There is a 5 magnet spekar to deliver better, clear and loud audio experience to its users. When we talk about storage capacity, the smartphone offers a choice between 32GB/64GB/128GB internal memory with microSD card support up to 2TB.
The device comes with a massive 5,000mAh battery to provide 42 hours of talk time on 3G network, 28 hours of browsing, 199 hours of music playback and 20 hours of video playback in a single charge. Other features included dual 4G nano sim, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct, 3.5mm headphone jack, Face Unlock sensor, fingerprint sensor etc. The weight of the phone is 180 grams.
The selling of the phone will start from May 3rd on Flipkart. The basic varient of the phone will cost Rs 10,999. And the price for the 4GB/64GB is set as Rs 12,999.
